Oh my...! Isn't that embarrassing?? We kind of forgot about the blog during the last months... Plus, we have been to the US once again (where we disconnected from the internet for weeks because yes, some of our family there don't think internet necessary).
But here's the good news: We finished a new layout (coming soon, there's still some coding to be done) and things around here started to settle down again, so I'm quite positive we'll blog on a regular basis again ;)

This is finally it... Today is the last day at the agency. Yesterday I wondered if I'd feel any different this morning but actually I was as tired as ususal and didn't want to get up ;) To my surprise I have some time left before I have to leave for work so decided to use it to post some lines.
Btw, I got a belated christmas gift on monday: the web design index 7. It's really awesome, I can't wait to start working on a new layout now ;)
Oh, and: the staircase-battle went into the next round... After having talked to friends of mine at the firefighters we contacted the property management concerning the flower tubs and coffee tables our neighbour stuffs in the staircase. According to fire safety regulations you are not allowed expand your living room to the landing. The property management now put a notice on the front door that everything has to be removed. Gosh, you should've whitnessed the scene when I got back home from work yesterday... Two of our neighbours (both of them like having odds and ends in front of their doors) were discussing the letter. I didn't deny to have called somebody but tried to be calm and matter-of-fact, even as one of them asked me which stuff this notice referred to. Can you believe that? I mean, she places a carpet on one of the landings and is seriously wondering which thing was "highly combustible"?
Or course stuff like "this has been like that for 25 years and nobody complained about it" followed and later things like "I don't even want to talk about the use of the laundry". Which was as off-topic as it can be... We're looking forward with anticipation to what will happen ;))

Now, this break was way too long and it's really embarrassing that we didn't manage to post anything once in a while... But here's the good news: Ann's almost done with her final examinations and I graduaded as a media designer in the first week of this year :) So in February we'll have plenty of time to finally renew this website and convert it into php! Yay :) This is is something I had wanted to do for so long and now I am finally able to start re-writing the codes and everything.
So, on thursday of next week I'll have my last day at the agency... This going to be quite strange – walking out, knowing that you won't come back after more than two years. Plus, I'll miss working with a Mac... Ew, which sounds like I wasn't considering my colleagues – which I do but I guess I'll meet some of them sooner or later again sometime during shopping etc.
Another thing which is really going to be fun is the visit of a friend of Ann's whom she met during her summer job in Malta. We already started on arranging kind of program which places around here are worth being visited or which clubs to go to.

I'm very sorry for not blogging that long again... Last week I finally had the first of the final examinations, at the moment I'm working on the creative part of it. Ann's pretty busy finishing a huge seminar paper, but I guess we'll be able to blog again soonish... Please check back in a few days – look forward to the fashion-label-stuff ;)
